Hose bibs are not meant to be full port. 3/4' is stating the connection size, not the water flow port. These hose bibbs are certified by IAPMO. Hoses with full ports would not be certified as they do not consume water. Full port is only mentioned in plumbing when referencing ball valves. Not hose bibs.
I hope this clarifies things.
Although advertised as a 3/4 inch valve, this is not a full-port valve and the actual internal port size is approximately 1/4 inch diameter, so do not expect a high flow volume when fully open. It is advertised as a "No-Lead" valve, which I ordered, although certification of this is not provided. I have to assume that the "LF" stamping in the body means "Lead-Free." Quality appears good; It is manufactured in Indonesia.

Regarding the LF (lead-free) claim: These hose bibbs are NSF 61-8 Certified by IAPMO. A respected third-party organization does this certification and is only granted to products that are lead-free. A plumbing product is considered lead-free when it is less than .25% lead per section 14317 of the Safe Drinking Water Act.
We have proudly sold these hose bibbs for over 20 years and have never had a quality complaint. Given everything we just stated, I think there was a misunderstanding here. I hope this clarifies things.
