they work for us

We've used this faucet and some of your shower valves for a few months now. We're installing them at hospitals. We bought them to replace some faucets that were similar. These faucets and your shower valves weren't exactly what we were looking for but they work great so we will keep buying them. The only thing that we wish we could change is the price.

We used this for a project in Alaska. The faucets were used for a new facility we built for workers. We purchased a couple hundred. This push button faucet works well in residential and commercial settings.  It activates water flow by applying pressure to the push button. The tap will automatically shut off within 8-12 seconds.   • How is the flow adjusted?

    The flow is adjusted by a cup on the bottom of the cartridge. The cartridge is the push button mechanism. When the cartridge is removed from the valve body the white cup at the bottom of the cartridge can be turned to control the amount of water flowing through to the output pipe. Please see the link here for a better illustration. 

  • Is this Faucet equipped with an anti scald device?

    No. This valve has a maximum temperature of 180 degrees fahrenheit. In order to prevent scalding an antiscald device is recommended and can be found here.

  • Do you ship to Canada?

    Yes! We can ship just our faucets just about anywhere however shipping charges do apply for orders shipping outside of the continental US. That being said, we have many customers in Canada. It's not very expensive to ship there, but taxes do apply.

  • Do these have a warranty?

    Yes. These come standard with a 15 year warranty.

  • Where are these valves made?

    These metered faucets are made in Italy.

  • Does this faucet include a mixing valve?

    Yes. This metered faucet has a built in premix valve.

  • How long does it take to shut off?

    The shut off time for this metered faucet is not adjustable. This self closing faucet automatically shuts off after the factory set period (8-12 seconds).
